Isiah Thomas (20pts/21asts) vs. Bucks (1985)

It might be a cliche saying but Isiah Thomas has the classic point guard game of setting up his team-mates first and looking more for his own shot when things get tough and his team is looking at a double digit deficit. He seemingly hits John Long for every jumper he made in this game and, boy, must Long have enjoyed this – if he ever was open in that corner, Isiah found him. Disclaimer – the Milwaukee scorer’s table credited him with 20 assists, I made the executive decision to call this a 21-assist performance. April 4, 1985.
